At The Upper Hand, we want to make sure that each client has the most relaxing and enjoyable experience possible. To help ensure this, we ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers to the vibrate mode when arriving at the salon.
In order to fully enjoy your services, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. When you arrive, please take a moment to check in with our receptionist so that we may expedite your appointment.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please let us know by 4 pm the day before. Cancellations and/or “No Shows” on the same day may be charged 50% of the service price.
If possible, please allow us to make your next appointment before you leave. This way, you will have one less thing on your “to do” list later.
At The Upper Hand, tipping is not required, but greatly appreciated. Parties of 6 or more will automatically be charged 20% gratuity. Clients scheduling multiple appointments or parties will be asked to provide a credit card in order to hold the appointments.
Finally, please help us keep our records current by letting us know of any telephone or address changes. We would also love to have your email address so that we may keep you posted on current promotions, new products, services, and special values.
