When you purchase Gift Cards from The Upper Hand, you may choose a specific services or simply designate a dollar amount that you would like on the Card. The Card may be used for a full year at any of Upper Hand's Houston salons and is good for any services or products.
After one year from the date of purchase, the gift card provider will deduct $5 dollars per month as an administrative fee until the balance of the card is used. Gift cards are electronically generated and should be treated as cash. Unfortunately, The Upper Hand can not be held responsible for lost or stolen cards or any applied administrative fees.
